Last May 18, 2013 our company had
our annual Team Building at Island Cove, Cavite. The activity was spearheaded
by Lubid. Inc. Lubid Inc. LUBID, Inc. pioneered the Adventure-based Team Building programs (ropes courses) in the Philippines and, for more than 23 years, has successfully conducted workshops to different local and multinational corporations as well as government and non-government organizations.
The activities done were non-traditional. The adventure
based outdoor activities was exactly what we needed to break the ice and work as a team.

Overall, the activity was a blast. Everyone worked as a team and we all went home with new learnings.
